Kate Upton Super Attractive in Janet Leigh Lingerie
Kate Upton has been busy promoting her latest movie “The Other Woman,” but she hasn’t given up on her day job. She poses in some sparking new lingerie photos that show off her desirable curves. So, do you know how does Kate upton maintain her figure?
Her trainer, David Kirsch, says the curvaceous, 21-year-old model works just as hard as anybody else. Kate follows a low-carb diet and workouts using body-sculpting exercises, he told Access Hollywood. He also combines cardio workouts with ab exercises and strength-training.
“The idea was to step up the intensity and duration of the workouts, making it a strict cardio and sculpting boot camp that entailed body weights and resistance bands, sprinting and calisthenics, shadow and kick-boxing,” he said.
Kate called on Kirsch to help her train before her two Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue cover shoots in 2012 and 2013. He was also on hand to help her train for her bikini scenes in her latest movie.
“Kate already has an amazing, very feminine body, so I just want to tighten everything up to keep her in top shape,” said Kirsch, who lays out his exercise regimen in his workout DVD, “The Ultimate New York Body Plan.” “To focus on her abs, we did planks on stability ball, stability ball knee tucks and hanging knee raises, and lots of medicine ball tosses with crunches,” he told the entertainment show.
“For her legs and thighs, we did single leg dead lifts, platypus walks, and reverse crossover lunges. For her arms, we did shadowboxing with light weights.”
Upton also followed what Kirsch calls his ABCs. That is, no alcohol, bread, processed carbs or sugar. “She ate clean, lean protein, lots of salads and greens, and avoided everything processed. She ate small portions five times a day, roughly every three hours.”
Kate was named Model Of The Year at the 10th Style Awards during New York Fashion Week. In her latest photo shoot, she poses in upscale Jenna Leigh lingerie.
