Ek ka dum 1 – Nenokkadine telegu hindi dubbed movie Ek Ka Dum:1 is a psychological thriller embedded in a revenge drama starring Mahesh Babu as famous rockstar Gautham suffering from Integration disorder which means there is 25% less grey matter in his brain. In simple words he can’t remember his past and cannot differentiate real from hallucination. Kriti Sanon plays a nosy journalist who becomes Gautham’s aide in helping him cope with his disease and helps find the killers of his parents. Will he ever find his parents killers? Would he get his revenge? Or is everything just a figment of his imagination? This forms the crux of the story.

After a memory of his childhood memory in which she meets a police officer while being chased by three men, Rockstar Gautham (Mahesh Babu) kills one of the three men (Kelly Dorji) and informs the police. Inspector John Basha (Sayaji Shinde) has him in custody. A news reporter Sameera (Kriti Sanon) who recorded the incident video is transmitted and shows that Gautham had imagined killing Dorji. The memory of Gautham continues and tells police that his parents died in a bus.
Gautham disorder is diagnosed with Integration and there are 25% less gray matter in the brain. He whom Gautham imagined is Antonio Rosarius (Kelly Dorji), a businessman based Goa and criminal. When his seed business are identified to be harmful by a member of an NGO, which killed him.
One day while Gautham is organizing a Rubik's cube in his unique way, some men come into your home. Take your photos and attacks. John Basha and media personnel arrive and Gautham leave for the airport. At the airport, you are given three options - Mumbai, Goa and Delhi. Each site is assigned to a step of a child and select the last step that corresponds to Goa. The woman at the counter informs Samira. She travels to Goa and mistakes sometimes. He suspects danger to life when a few mishaps occur. She admits that she wanted to prove that he imagines others too, apart from the three murderers so it can be treated.
She tells her boss that she tried to argue that seed company Antonio were contaminated with hydrogen cyanide. She also tells him that the member of an NGO who was killed had informed him about his meeting with Antonio. He reveals that Antonio said would be released in the news are not transmitted. Gautham Antonio looks real but assumed to be imaginary and kills him. Gautham and Samira find a phone number of photos on the camera Gautham. The call is answered by a taxi company owner (Nassar).
Nassar says Gautham he feared would kill him so he sent his men to his house to clear up misunderstandings and he was a taxi driver in Goa. That day, two people got into his cab and one of them was from London. Gautham parents soar as he flees. Gautham dying father gives Nassar a bag containing a Rubik's cube, a British currency and password. Gautham is pursued by the two murderers and Nassar urges them to spare the girl. Gautham thinks that the three were the murderers.
Gautham takes the bag and decides to go to London to kill the second murderer. Samira wants to accompany you and tells your event manager, Michael about his trip. He sends driver Gulab Singh (Posani Krishna Murali) to receive them at the airport. A fan (Naveen Polisetty) recognizes him and asks him to ride in his car, but Gautham denied. On his way, his taxi was attacked by a truck. Gautham is now suspected of Michael but he is shot dead. Gautham is the Rubik's cube has a password and a bench symbol. He finds a grain of rice in the bank locker. He defends a few cyclists and gets arrested. Two people rescued him and one of them is Naveen. After shooting the other in the leg, Gautham talks with Naveen. Gautham recalls that one of the murderers (Pradeep Rawat) died after being hit by a car. Naveen reveals that he is the son of Rawat and seeks revenge on Gautham. The wounded received a call from his boss, Nassar. When Naveen says his father was a taxi driver in Goa, Gautham realizes that Nassar was one of the murderers of his parents and he killed Rawat too.
Gautham faces Nassar and learns that his father had discovered a special variety of rice called golden rice. When he refused to sell, Nassar put the seed and planned to kill Gautham's parents. Before dying, his father scribbles password and bank symbol on the Rubik's cube. Along with a key and a coin, gives the bucket Rawat driver who delivers Nassar.
Gautham kills Nassar and on his way back to the hotel, reminiscent of the benchmarks in a rhyme taught by his mother (Anu Hassan) and goes home. He finds a book with your family photos, writings and the name of his father, Chandrashekhar (Anand). The rice variety developed by his father introduced worldwide. The film ends with a scene in Gautham shown standing in a field of golden rice
